All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 3. We will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, including replacing the item or providing a refund. 4. Firearms: Sales of firearms are final and cannot be canceled or returned. Custom Orders: Custom orders, including custom-built firearms and special orders, are not eligible for cancellation or return.
