SHIPPING POLICY

At BrassDepot.com, we are a licensed firearms dealer in the state of California and are committed to following all state and federal laws and regulations related to the sale and transfer of firearms. As such, we can only ship firearms to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL).  The customer is responsible for locating a licensed firearms dealer to receive the firearm. All firearms sales are subject to a background check conducted by the FFL receiving the firearm, and the customer must pass this background check to take possession of the firearm. By purchasing a firearm from BrassDepot.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions about the sale and transfer of firearms, please contact our customer service team.

 

At BrassDepot.com, we are dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our shipping policy is as follows: 

1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Custom orders, including custom-built firearms, may take longer to process and ship.

2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as the shipping destination. You will be presented with available shipping options and rates at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and shipping to PO boxes. Please note that certain shipping methods may not be available for all products or destinations.

4. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. You can track the progress of your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, it will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

7. International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.
